Festival packing list

With this packing list you're ready for a weekend of music, dancing and good company, whether you're going to a big festival or a small event.

Things to think about

• Earplugs. Good earplugs protect your hearing, and help you sleep at the campsite too.
• Travel light. You'll carry everything from the station or car park to the campsite. Only bring what you need.
• Rain and sun. A poncho and sunscreen both fit in your bag, and you often need them on the same day.
• A charged phone. A power bank is essential if you want to find your friends again.
• Valuables. Leave anything you don't want to lose at home.
